We have 18 beautiful double rooms and 12 single rooms.

If your wedding is taking place on a weekend, this will involve booking hotel rooms. For Fridays, Sundays and public holidays this is a minimum of 12 double rooms and for Saturdays, the minimum is 18 double rooms.

Up to 144 people can be seated at festive tables in our Orangery. We can accommodate up to 100 guests in the garden pavilion.

That really depends. There are so many factors at play, from the day of the week to the size of the celebration, not to mention all the bespoke touches you may want to add. Get in touch and let us know your vision for this special day, and we would be delighted to offer you an estimate.

The party can go on until as late as 3:00 am. From 1:00 am onwards, there is an additional fee.

A civil wedding ceremony can take place in the ceremony rooms of the registry offices or at branch offices such as museums, castles or other public institutions. However, at LA VILLA you can get married freely. 

We hope for sunshine, but if the weather doesn't play along, there is always a rain alternative on our premises.

You are welcome to bring your own wines or cakes, for which we charge a cork or plate fee.

We have a music system installed in our premises, but it's mainly meant for background music and not suitable for loud party music. However, we'd be happy to recommend some great DJs or other music options that could work well for your event.

Whilst our rooms are equipt with a music system for background music, we are happy to provide recommendations for DJs and other music options. Musicians should also bring their own equipment.

Officiants usually have their own microphone system that can be brought, if necessary.

There are noise protection regulations that apply to our property as it is in a residential area. There are no restrictions to background music during the day, but at night we have to limit the musical entertainment to the inside area.

The reception can take place outside, however the dinner and the party will take place inside.

Due to noise protection regulations, the maximum volume allowed in the orangery is 80 decibels. In the garden pavilion, we have to comply with the maximum volume of 85 decibels. With that in mind, there are no restrictions in the bar and restaurant area, so you can celebrate to your heart’s content.

If you do not book LA VILLA exclusively, other events such as birthdays, conferences, etc. may take place at the same time. But rest assured: yours will be the only wedding party present.

There are around 85 parking spaces available, including 24 parking spaces in two underground garages and 25 parking spaces on the property.

We are committed to sustainability and, therefore, do not permit fireworks or balloons on our premises due to their negative environmental impact.

Due to safety reasons, festivities are no longer possible in the boathouse.

We have a list of recommended professionals, each with many years of experience in wedding design and decor, available upon request.

Furniture for your party can be organised by external service providers, subject to your approval and their fees.

This depends on the booking. Generally, the Orangery can be accessed on Fridays from 3:00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 pm. The location for the wedding ceremony is usually accessible from around noon.

Either option is possible and depends on how you want to organise your reception. For an elegant wedding celebration, we always recommend a festive, structured menu with space for speeches and interludes. For more casual celebrations in a relaxed atmosphere, a flying or classic buffet is more suitable.

There is a minimum value for the menu as a booking requirement, so a 4-course menu is the minimum number of courses.

Our food and drinks are priced based on what is consumed.

We would be happy to organise an outdoor reception. The wedding dinner itself always takes place in the Orangery. When the weather is nice, the side walls can be opened, providing your guests with the sensation of being outdoors while remaining sheltered.

We do hope you never find yourself in the situation of having to cancel or postpone your wedding. You can see the cancellation conditions in our general terms and conditions.

If the celebration cannot take place, then our cancellation conditions apply, including cancellation fees. When booking, you have the option to purchase wedding insurance, which will reimburse the cancellation costs.
