The year 2021 is coming to an end and with it my first two years as General Manager of LA VILLA, in the new management constellation with Margarete Schultes, our wonderful Hotel Director
LA VILLA is as versatile as its employees. Today we would like to introduce you to sommelier Thorsten Brück's favorite place.
My favorite place at LA VILLA on Lake Starnberg is, of course, the wine cellar. Because this is where I can think, ponder, discuss, hold staff meetings, and even get upset from time to time.... It is also a place where our guests can enjoy, taste and be inspired.
The wine cellar is located under the coach house and opposite the reception. Only a few steps lead down to the small - but fine room. This is where our treasures are stored. In winter it is the ideal place for a romantic candlelight dinner. Of course also for a wine tasting with me.
